If you cannot attend, make sure to designate a proxy to vote on your behalf.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All previous proxy assignments have expired!
SUBMIT NEW PROXY AUTHORIZATIONS TO THE SECRETARY
We need a quorum of at least one third of members present or represented by proxy.
Review the proposed budget and issues to be voted on.
Call a board member if you have any questions.
Talk to your neighbors.
Be prepared to speak on the issues (if you want to).
Make sure you know how to vote your neighbor's proxy, or that he or she knows how to vote yours.
